What is The Process Like?
All my services are provided 1:1 and held via video conferencing (until further notice). I like to use a mixed approach of teaching and directing that works for your specific situation. I will take the time to explain the best practices so that you understand not only WHAT needs to be done but also WHY you’re doing it. Drawing on my 20+ years of HR and recruitment experience, I will also guide you on the tactics that help minimize stress and get results.

2. Set up your FREE consultation call
During the call you can share what’s on your mind and what you’d like more help with. You can ask me any questions about the services or sessions you’re interested in.
3. Proposal review and confirmation
After our call you will receive a proposal that includes details on the servives to be provided and my fees. When you confirm you’re ready, we’ll pick a date and get started!

Born and raised in Toronto; I love this city. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. I went to Ryerson University where I completed my degree in Human Resources and went on to get my professional designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association as a Certified HR Leader.
My HR career started in the telecom industry. Then I went on to work in the retail sector and spent 15+ years in the not for profit sector. Working directly with hiring managers, reviewing 1000’s of resumes and conducting just as many interviews, I can help you manage the job search process to improve your success.
