What is The Process Like?

All my services are provided 1:1 and held via video conferencing (until further notice). I like to use a mixed approach of teaching and directing that works for your specific situation. I will take the time to explain the best practices so that you understand not only WHAT needs to be done but also WHY you’re doing it. Using my years of HR experience and expertise, I will also direct you on the tactics that get results in the areas of job searching, resume writing and interviewing.

About Me

Born and raised in Toronto; I love this city. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. I went to Ryerson University where I completed my degree in Human Resources and went on to get my professional designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association as a Certified HR Leader.

My HR career started in the telecom industry. Then I went on to work in the retail sector and spent 15+ years in the not for profit sector. Working directly with hiring managers, reviewing 1000’s of resumes and conducting just as many interviews, I can help you manage the job search process to improve your success.
